Pre-Lit Pull-Up Christmas Tree
Christmas Trees prelit come in either clear or multi-colored lights depending on what best matches your theme. Since we always decorate in Red and Gold, I like the clear lights the best. But for my Disney ornament tree, the multi-colored lights would work best. The style of lights is usually tear shaped, but you can find lights with different shapes. If you go with a C3 teardrop clear LED light, the light count is usually smaller since these lights are much brighter than the normal lights used.
When you set up your tree, the key to getting a very natural looking tree is the shaping. Start at the bottom and gently pull down the branches. Working with just a few branches at a time, start with the twigs closest to the pole and pull them alternately upward and outward working your way out to the tip of the branch. Work row by row up the tree and make sure to fill in all the little gaps with the twigs for a much fuller looking tree. If you have more than one section to assemble, then make sure you work one section at a time shaping your tree. When done with one section, add the next section and start shaping. This is the key to making your tree beautiful and full.
